Delivery, Returns & Warranty Policy
We aim to be completely transparent about how orders are delivered, how returns work, and how manufacturer warranties are handled. If anything below is unclear, contact us before you order.

Same-day dispatch cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) on working days are dispatched same day for in-stock items. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We deliver via UPS and DPD. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. Large or heavy items (trolling motors, radar systems) may be delivered via freight — we’ll contact you before dispatch if this applies.
Returns
We accept returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware included.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original manufacturer packaging required
- All included accessories, cables, and documentation must be present
- Transducers that have been installed in the water are not returnable
- Software-activated or registered products are not returnable once activated
- Customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered
To initiate a return, email contact@promarineelectronics.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number within 1 working day.
Warranty
All products sold by Pro Marine Electronics are new and include a full manufacturer warranty completely valid for local servicing and technical support within the UK and Europe. We are an authorised dealer for Garmin, Humminbird, Lowrance, Minn Kota, and all brands we carry.

Warranty claims must be initiated directly with the manufacturer. Contact us and we will assist you in opening a warranty claim with the appropriate manufacturer support team — UK and European service centres handle all servicing locally.
